City Rail Link
Walk The Tunnel events
"Due to the nature of a changing construction programme, Richard was required to adjust to a shift in timings on a couple of occasions and he was required to deliver the event within a strict budget. The event was delivered on time and within the set budget.
As an external contractor Richard conducted himself professionally as a representative of City Rail Link Ltd and developed relationships with internal leaders and external parties to ensure input, alignment and coordination. "

Opening events
"Richard and his team were engaged in mid-2021 to develop plans for public open days and the official opening of Transmission Gully motorway. The site was challenging, being 27 km of new motorway with SH1 at either end.
Richard quickly understood the site, met local suppliers and key stakeholders – including local police, the regional parks team, and bus and train service managers. He designed events that would more than accommodate the number of people anticipated and cater for all ages and abilities. Richard managed the budget, keeping our team well informed about progress and any changes to costs.
Our entire team thoroughly enjoyed working with Richard, so much so that I hope to engage him to manage the opening event associated with the P2WK Motorway in 2023. I have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team to anyone for any events. He is a consummate professional with a keen eye for detail."

Various events
"I have worked with Richard Green on a variety of Auckland Council events over the last eight years including local board community events and a number of cultural events. Richard has been contracted to both organise and deliver some of these events and on others he has been the site manager, overseeing event
implementation on the day.
In addition I know Richard has been used by other
Auckland Council departments such as the CRL, to stage public open days. I am more than willing to be to be contacted as a referee as required."

Things in a bit of a mess with your project? Or perhaps you don't have the in-house skill set to deliver? Maybe the last person left and things are in a state of chaos?
Don't Panic. The Cleaner is here.
No mess too big.
Having been described previously as "... the Harvey Keitel of the events industry...", it made sense that we model ourselves on his characters in "Pulp Fiction" and "Point of No Return"*.
We were given that moniker due to the ability to come in, be professional, build strong relationships quickly, implement processes and systems to make things happen, and complete the job to the highest standards. oh, and clean up any messes.
Professional.
Precise.
Done.
